Accounting Technicians Ireland Year 1 and Year 2 courses commence at Kerry ETB Training Centre on the 11th September 2017.

Accounting technicians are highly sought after by large and small companies across all sector of the economy. They perform a variety of financial roles including financial accounting, budgeting, credit control, payroll and tax returns etc.   If you enjoy working with figures and want a career that offers great scope for advancement these courses are for you.

Accounting Technician Year 1 (ET214) is the entry level course providing a progression pathway to the Diploma for Accounting Technicians. The Accounting Technicians Year 2 (ET21R) course is for people who already hold the Certificate for Accounting Technicians. It covers Advanced Financial Accounting, Advanced Taxation, Management Accounting, and Integrated Accounting Systems (IAS).  The Diploma for Accounting Technicians is awarded on the successful completion of all first and second Year modules and two years relevant work experience.  More detailed information on Year 2 is available at: http://kerryetbtrainingcentre.ie/course/accounting-technicians-ireland-year-2/

These are taught courses offering expert tuition in the mornings and the choice of supervised or unsupervised practice in the afternoons. We are particularly interested in hearing from people who have completed the Certificate for Accounting Technicians and are eager to start Year 2.
