Breakfast/Brunch Chef

Programme Aim
The aim of this programme is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skills and competence to contribute and assist in preparing breakfast and brunch dishes in a catering operation.

This course is scheduled to run on Tuesdays and Fridays across 7 weeks. Tuesday from 5pm to 8.30pm and Friday from 1pm to 5.30pm for 7 weeks. The course will be run in the Kerry College of Further Education, Clash, Tralee, Co Kerry
